Terms & Conditions

• Flowers will be dried in the condition they arrive to us.  The better quality of fresh flower, the better quality of end product.

• We can not be held responsible for flowers which we receive damaged. 

• All flowers received must be packaged in accordance with the instructions provided and include the name of the person placing the order, and the date the flowers were sent.  If this information is not included, delays in drying flowers will occur and the quality of the end product may be affected.

• The drying process will alter the appearance of some flowers.  This is mother natures way and can not be avoided.  White flowers will likely turn cream/ivory and red flowers will dry darker than they are fresh.  When placed in resin, some damaged flowers may appear slightly transparent in places.

• We make 100% handmade unique pieces and therefore imperfections will be present, these are not faults in your piece.  Bubbles, small holes/dents, lines, dust etc are part of the beauty of a unique handmade piece.  We will try and limit ‘imperfections’ as much as possible.

• A turnaround time of 8 - 12 weeks should be expected.  Circumstances out of our control may increase this time but we will update you as soon as possible if there will be a delay.  The materials used to create these pieces are affected by their environment, particularly temperature and humidity and we will not risk an adverse reaction in the materials to speed up the process.

• Your date will only be secured once a £50 non refundable deposit is paid.  Full payment is required prior to receipt of flowers.

• We are unable to offer refunds.

• Unused flowers will not be returned therefore if you wish to keep any flowers for another purpose, please remove them before sending to us.
